Adducted thumb and clubfoot syndrome
- Loss of dermatan-4-sulfotransferase 1 (D4ST1/CHST14) function represents the first dermatan sulfate biosynthesis defect, "dermatan sulfate-deficient adducted thumb-clubfoot syndrome".
